Last Rose
07/11/06 |
I love autumn
with the silent days of fog
veils of sunshine-leanings
Parting - - days
of monolog
Colors turn pale
Grass withered
a slowly vanishing blossomgleam
but with a smile
almost while Goodbye
a last rose flowering
autumn-late and still

My Diary
07/28/06 |
Hidden in the loft upstairs
I found many treasures
And I would like to share
Them for all your pleasure
A diary full of dreams
Or long forgotten hopes
Tokens of first love's gleams
Old photos framed in gold
Joys once secretly shared
And the thrill of a kiss
Once penned to remember
These times of youth's bliss
The giggles still perceived -
Tears shed behind the shelf
Some stations now achieved
Good luck tied to myself
All thoughts of fun and pain
All wishes stayed with me
Who will ever read again
In my book of memories?

A Sign From Above
09/21/06 |
My gift is a rainbow painted from me
In brilliant colors for everyone to see
On a canvas of love, lasting a hundred years
That can't wash out by either raindrops or tears.
The rainbow carries my feelings so deep
Gently bringing my touch, which you may keep
Words chosen by heart I will tenderly send
With emotional thoughts flying over this bend.
This magic rainbow from violet to gold
Stretches like two arms to lovingly enfold
The core of this hue is just amazing bliss
Giving us the hopes we wouldn't want to miss.
I painted a rainbow as a bridge to my heart
For shadows and waiver to slowly depart
At a crossroad of life, please, look at it above
My rainbow will tell you, there's always my love.

The Gift Of Nature
10/12/06 |
As I sit in lush green on this wondrous day
Breathing clear air, admiring the deep blue sky
I feel this tranquil peace overtaking me
My mind is at ease by a whispering tree.
Such beautiful nature, shutting out the world
A pleasant shade, a slight breeze, there's nothing heard
Except a chattering frog and some birds that sing
Deep thoughts of a happy spirit soar from within.
Dewdrops on fern sparkle like diamonds in the sun
Marguerites and Poppies cradled though the wind has gone
Branches stretch out their arms with the rustle of leaves
The roots find their way underground by hidden weaves.
Soft white clouds hovering over the sky above
Stirring sweet dreams, hopes and fantasies of love
I find myself escaping from any surrender
And drink it all in – glad to be one with this splendor.
A twirl of pink glaze there far on the horizon
Tells to let the day slip away, soon it is gone
Slowly my steps turn back, the last birds take flight
I feel a leap of faith by the stars’ silver light.
I watch the reflections with appreciative eyes
My vision of beauty is shared with bright smiles
It's my way of celebrating each new season
To be thankful for each day, we have all reason.

What You Are To Me
11/10/06 |
I think of you –
When the sun is diving behind a purple horizon,
Then you are the energy
That keeps my life going on.
I think of you –
When raindrops keep gently tinkling on the window,
Then you are freshness
For my senses so aglow.
I think of you –
When the wind is rustling in the foliage of trees,
Then you're my freedom
Without I wither ill at ease.
I think of you –
When the birds greet every morning striking up a song,
Then you are the melody
That carries me along.
I think of you –
When my heart is opening for you with endless trust,
Then you are my Love
Filling my life with Angels dust.

Lady Autumn
12/12/06 |
With footsteps lightly set, she hastens down the windy lane
Red, golden, rusty leaves are whirling by her train,
Her frocks flutter in the wind as she hurries past
Not for a moment she'll look back, her breath going fast.
Snatching at her ragged skirt I wish to make her stay,
No chance, she disappears and leaves promises of grey.
Bleak Winter mornings will arrive with frosty fingers
While on frozen twigs the blossom dream still lingers.
Leaning from my window, a last rose gives a treat
Her thorns try catching Autumn's robe to stop her speed.
Elusive, with a laugh she'll vanish, all efforts in vain
Leaving to us the promise – "I will come again!"

The Mystic Arch
12/12/06 |
It is built when the storm gone by
With sunlight by a Divine hand
Like the crescent in the sky
Arching across sea and land.
What an eye-catching design
Connecting ends like a bridge
A radiant smile from Heavens high
If for a moment I could reach…
Hope is a rainbow's glow above
Spanning the sky past the hill
It shows all colors of love
It proves nature's perfect skill.
This arch you cannot feel or touch
It is just close to fantasy
My wishful heart can almost catch
And lead you to reach out to me.
In dreams we could then slide across
Over rainbow's imagination
Clear in mind, it seems dead loss
My heart still finds its destination.
This rainbow's colorful shine
Combined with a mystic mist
Belongs to those rainbows of time
Which gently and silently drift.
This mystic arch across the sky
Points out to you on the other side
How far would reach my loving smile?
To your heart - over distance wide.
Would my rainbow never fade
And were the shadows made to flee,
Then every evil could abate
Like ghosts of fate left behind me.

The Spirit Of Christmas
01/01/07 |
In the busy moments of these Christmas days
Be still and remember what they really mean,
There's joy in your heart, you know whom to praise
For that special light you find in between.
It had the start in tiny ancient Bethlehem
Born in cold poverty, a truth to set us free,
A warm welcome to our world with Angels' anthem
The light in darkness to redeem humanity.
Proclaimed by Angel throng this God child's birth
Don't think of it now as only historic event,
Heralded as the Saviour of our Earth -
Keep Christmas spirit alive as it was meant.

The Hourglass
02/01/07 |
How I love the sands while walking on a beach line
Where colored stones are found or shells like treasure.
Yet melancholic thoughts about the sands of time,
Their flow much more than time passing by measure.
No "Stop!" can prevent the sands from trickling through
The same, no clock can bring back time that's meant to flee.
I wish the hourglass shape a more narrow view
And the flow of sands was slow, hardly to see.
When days' time is done, I consider how blessed I've been
And remember the love and joy saved for tomorrow.
Can I hold on to the moments of past and win -
Wisdom of sands of time, as merit, not sorrow?

Live Your Dreams
03/07/07 |
Dreams -- let them come true
Don't brood, lay reason aside
Wishes -- long cherished though.
Let loose and close your eyes
Reach heaven and taste hell
Enjoy the dream out of disguise.
Feel the scent of conscious life
Freedom is right spreading out.
Your heart is warm, doors open wide.
Blessings, to find a dream released
A desire being lived at last
Never resign, -- it might be missed
